Fritti offers traditional neopolitan pizza and wood-roasted meats and fish in an upscale remodeled loft. Pizzaiolo Salvatore Bianco has made neopolitan pizza for twenty years. His pizza is characterized by a soft, supple crust with a crisp border and the freshest, highest quality toppings (most of which are flown from Italy weekly). It was awarded Three Stars by AJC critic John Kessler and awarded with critic’s choice Best Appetizers in Atlanta and Best Pizza by the Creative Loafing. In 2003, Fritti was also given an editorial and national award for Best Pizza by Citysearch.
