Executive Chef Charles Arena is committed to honoring the culinary traditions of the Lowcountry. His involvement in the Sustainable Seafood Initiative helped Crew Carolina become a Platinum Partner of the organization in 2008 and he continues to find new ways to use the organic produce grown in our gardens at Kensington Plantation into classic Boathouse preparations.
