The food served at Le Central since 1980 is based on Owner Robert
Tournier’s mother’s family recipes from her hometown of Toulon and the
surrounding Provençal villages. Le Central has been a success with the
notion that a French restaurant doesn’t have to be stuffy, snooty, or expensive.
It is a simple but authentic French country restaurant where the menu
