Hudson’s is Hilton Head Islands oldest and most
famous restaurant. The business was established by
the Hudson family in 1912 as an oyster processing
facility and evolved into a restaurant in 1968. At 365
seats (all with views of the Intracoastal Waterway)
Hudson’s is also the Island’s largest eatery. The
recipient of countless awards and recognitions for
excellence in quality and service, Hudson’s was
most recently featured on the Food Networks “Best of Hilton Head Island” and
“$40.00 A Day” hosted by Rachel Ray. Hudson’s features an extensive seafood
oriented menu including over 30 entrée selections. It is a must visit on Hilton Head.
