Chef Steven Garza
Maggiano’s Little Italy welcomed Steven Garza to the Indianapolis restaurant as the new executive chef this spring. For the last three years, Garza has served as executive sous chef at Maggiano’s Cincinnati, where he built a reputation for his innovative wine dinners and creative seasonal menus.
Garza began his career as an apprentice with the American Culinary Federation at the Dallas Petroleum Club and went on to become executive chef at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony in Fort Worth, Texas. Garza’s passion for food led him to positions at Aquanox Fishbowl in Dallas and Southwest Airlines as corporate dining chef.
